Save client details, duplicate previous work into a new draft, and keep payment follow-up beside the invoice.

The Solution

One Simple Workspace From First Draft to Payment.

Save client details once and reuse them

Duplicate an invoice into a new editable draft

See issued, overdue and recorded payment states

Draft an editable reminder to send yourself

Invoqly queues issued invoices and payment-record emails for clients with a saved email address. Reminders stay manual. Invoqly does not process payments or identify link viewers.

How It Works

From First Draft to Payment Record. Four Steps.

01

Create a draft

Add your seller and client details, then enter the items you are billing.

02

Review and issue

Check your client, items, currency, tax, dates and payment instructions. Issue the invoice after your review.

03

Share with your client

Enable a client link and copy it into your own email or message. Your client opens it without an Invoqly account. Browser print / save PDF is also available.

04

Record payment

Record the date and amount received outside Invoqly, including partial payments. Check the remaining balance or prepare an editable reminder draft to send yourself.
